Anxiety Relief at St. Louis Acupuncture

A certain patient was a white collar manager in his thirties.  He was a worrier.  He had muscle aches and pains.  He had chest pressure and stuffiness, and he had a rapid heart rate when his anxiety set in.  He had shortness of breath, nausea, dry mouth, and sweating.  His anxiety triggers were work stress and dealing with family members.

We used certain points on his chest and in his wrists to provide anxiety relief.  He always obtained relief of his anxiety with each treatment.  He felt calm, collected, and relaxed.  After a few treatments he no longer complained about his anxiety.  He comes in regularly now to prevent the anxiety attacks.
